Il doit pr\u00e9senter ce document \u00e0 toute requ\u00eate d&#8217;un agent qualifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La loi impose certaines conditions pour l&#8217;obtention du permis de conduire. La plus importante en est la r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 un examen th\u00e9orique et pratique portant sur la connaissance des prescriptions l\u00e9gales et r\u00e9glementaires concernant la police de la circulation routi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Cet examen th\u00e9orique doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans un centre agr\u00e9\u00e9, apr\u00e8s une pr\u00e9paration individuelle ou apr\u00e8s avoir suivi les cours th\u00e9oriques dispens\u00e9s par une \u00e9cole de conduite agr\u00e9\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s deux \u00e9checs successifs \u00e0 l&#8217;examen th\u00e9orique, le candidat ne peut subir un nouvel examen th\u00e9orique qu&#8217;apr\u00e8s avoir suivi des cours th\u00e9oriques au sein d&#8217;une \u00e9cole de conduite agr\u00e9\u00e9e. Cette r\u00e8gle ne s&#8217;applique pas aux personnes souffrant d&#8217;un handicap auditif, d&#8217;analphab\u00e9tisme ou de faibles capacit\u00e9s intellectuelles.<\/p>\n<h2>La mati\u00e8re th\u00e9orique comprend<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>la l\u00e9gislation sur la police de la circulation routi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>le r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la police de la circulation routi\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>un aper\u00e7u des infractions<\/li>\n<li>des notions de technique, n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la conduite d&#8217;un v\u00e9hicule<\/li>\n<li>des notions de premiers soins en cas d&#8217;accident<\/li>\n<li>la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les tunnels<\/li>\n<li>les diverses techniques de pr\u00e9vention d&#8217;accidents<\/li>\n<li>les r\u00e8gles d&#8217;utilisation des v\u00e9hicules portant sur le respect de l&#8217;environnement<\/li>\n<li>le r\u00e8glement technique des v\u00e9hicules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est certain que, pour un usager moyen, la r\u00e9glementation routi\u00e8re est r\u00e9barbative ; il est quasi impossible d&#8217;en apprendre toutes les dispositions par c\u0153ur.<\/p>\n<p>Ce manuel a, d\u00e8s lors, pour but d&#8217;offrir une aide au candidat-conducteur qui pr\u00e9pare l&#8217;examen du Code de la Route ou de permettre \u00e0 l&#8217;instructeur dispensant des cours de circulation routi\u00e8re d&#8217;expliquer les textes l\u00e9gaux de fa\u00e7on simple et claire. Le manuel suit le conducteur d\u00e8s qu&#8217;il s&#8217;installe aux commandes d&#8217;un v\u00e9hicule &#8211; dans toutes les situations et tous les probl\u00e8mes de trafic imaginables &#8211; jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;immobilisation du v\u00e9hicule.
